Coach Tim started coaching girls’ lacrosse in Anne Arundel County in 2011 for one of the largest rec teams in the county to help his oldest daughter play at a competitive level. He helped lead that rec team to a 1st time ever undefeated season leading to the county playoffs.

Coach Tim continued to coach rec with his two younger daughters until approached by North Caroline High School in 2016. At that time, he took the role of assistant coach to North Caroline High School’s 1st ever JV girls lacrosse team and helped develop the entry level for the high school. Since 2017 Tim has continued to help North Caroline girls lacrosse in various roles for both the JV and Varsity teams.

Tim has coached the M&D Shore 2026 Black team for the past 3 years, bringing them through the end of their club career in Summer 2025. He is excited to bring his knowledge of the club world and bring it to the 2032 team this next season.

Since then, he has enjoyed helping young players with the fundamentals of women’s lacrosse. All three of Tim’s daughters have played and coached lacrosse for M&D Shore and North Caroline High School- Sydnie (‘20), Reese (‘26) and Ashlyn (’27).
