Ally is from Kent Island Maryland. She played for Kent Island HS and club for Maryland United throughout High School. While at Kent Island she made her mark as a leading scorer and Team Captain.

She then decided to continue her lacrosse career at Campbell University. She immediately made an impact at Campbell earning a starting spot and holding onto that all 5 years she played. In 2023 she finished her season ranked 7^th in program history with 129 points (98 goals) and 10^th in program history with 31 assists.
