Karissa Worley - 2032/33 Coach
Bio
Karissa is from the Maryland area where she started playing lacrosse with Calvert County Parks & Rec in the second grade. Started playing travel with CCLax in 5th grade. In the 7th grade she assisted coaching a 6th grade team and they went undefeated. Entering high school she was the only freshman and started at Norther High School. Her senior year she transferred to Cape Henlopen High School where she made Varsity, winning their 11th state championship. She became Defensive MVP, First Team Henlopen All conference defense, Cape Henlopen Scholar Athlete Award “A honor roll”, she was invited to played in the Blue and Gold game.She continued her lacrosse career at LaSalle University in 2019 -2021. Then She transferred to be closer to her grandparents and played at Delaware State University. Where she’s finishing her degree. She coached at Eastern Shore lacrosse club 2030-31 team as an assistant, then moved to head coach for the 2030 team. She’s excited to continue her coaching career with M&D.
