Matt attended North county high school, in Anne Arundel county, where he was a member of the varsity basketball team.

Upon graduation Matt attended Salisbury University, where he continued his basketball career as a member of the collegiate team. He graduated from Salisbury and the Purdue school of business, with a degree in marketing.

Currently, as a Kent Island native, Matt has been coaching youth lacrosse and soccer for several years and strives to develop young athletes’ skills, field sense and confidence.
