Kesley Fitzgerald - Recruiting Director / 2026 Black AC
Bio
Kesley resides in Queen Anne’s County with her husband and 2 children. She is a Queen Anne’s County High School alum and was inducted into the QACHS Sports Hall of Fame in 2018. She was team captain both her junior and senior year, team MVP, points leader, and led the Lions to the 2007 MPSSAA State Semifinals.
After High School,Kesley went on to play Division 1 lacrosse at Longwood University. She was a four year starter, leading the team in point totals her freshman and sophomore season. Kesley helped lead the Lancers to a Conference Championship, was named to the NLC All-Tournament team her Junior and Senior year, and selected as the NLC All-Tournament MVP her senior year. Kesley served as Team Captain for the Lancers during her Junior and Senior seasons.
Upon returning home to the eastern shore of Maryland, Kesley provided small group and individual lacrosse instruction to youth lacrosse players in the area and has served as a head coach to multiple age groups at the club level. She has helped guide lacrosse players and their families through the college recruitment process for the past 7 years as the LBC college recruitment coordinator.
She is the current varsity head coach at Queen Anne’s County High School. In her first two full seasons, Coach Fitzgerald led the Lions to a bayside championship, two regional final championships and a 25-5 overall record. In her first season as head coach in 2021, Kesley was named North Bayside Coach of the Year and QACPS Coach of the Year after leading the Lions to an undefeated season and the programs first State Championship. She is a middle school physical education and health teacher at Sudlersville Middle School for QACPS.
